The space
We live upstairs with our 3 kids 10, 13, 17. You will hear us playing and laughing and doing chores and being a family, but we try to be respectful of our guests. Please let us know if we're ever too loud!! You’ll have a private outside entrance to a beauty and comfortable living room. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need. So many extras here from the steamer cappuccino maker and fresh ground coffee beans, to the fluffy spa robes. It is a large one bedroom with an adjustable king size bed. 1 queen size sleeper couch in the living room. Perfect for 2 guests. Tons of extras! Access to laundry room as well The home isn't suitable for infants and kids.

Other things to note
Owner has severe pet allergies and is unable to host ANY pet of any kind. We live upstairs with our kids. We try our best to be respectful of our guests with the noise level. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm -8am. The laundry is shared with our other Airbnb guests across the hall so please complete it as quickly as possible. Thanks!
