Quiet and spacious 2BR garden level apartment with living area, kitchenette and shared backyard space. Centrally located between Denver and Boulder with easy access to all major highways, this cozy space is perfect for a vacation with easy access to the mountains, working trip, or denver-foodie exploration! We also will happily welcome your furry friends for a pet fee of $100

All surfaces are sanitized and dishes/linens are washed between guests.

The space
You will enter through the private, well-lit pathway through our shared backyard. Backyard is fully fenced-in and features a covered deck and patio furniture.

After stepping through the entryway, a well lit and private staircase will take you to the spacious living area, furnitured with a large cozy sectional, Roku enabled tv with access to Hulu and any of your desired streaming services. Beneath the TV are an assortment of games for some family in-home fun, and behind the couch is your own washer and dryer.

Down the hall, a high top dining table seats four comfortably. Kitchenette area includes a hot plate, coffee maker, full size fridge, sink, microwave and toaster oven/air fryer. All utensils, glassware, pans and serving tools are available for your needs to serve a quick meal in!

Bedroom 1: Queen memory foam bed (sleeps 2) with wardrobe, including hanging space.
Bedroom 2: Cozy trundle bed (sleeps 2, separately), full closet.

I am a work-from-home professional, and subsequently the entire house is outfitted with office level wifi strength through a MESH network (i.e. you will have your own router to yourself).

Guest access
Guests have access to entire garden-level apartment and private entrance. Backyard and entryway to apartment is a shared space.

In order to access the space, you must be able to walk up and down stairs. If you or your pets have mobility issues we do not recommend booking, apologies for inconvenience.

1 Free Driveway parking spot will be provided. There is street parking available for any additional cars.

We are a pet friendly home and are happy to have your furry friend access the backyard while accompanied by his/her human. We also have a dog who will be in the yard from time to time. We can certainly be accommodating as it relates to our dogs sharing the yard or ensure each dog has their own time in the yard if your dog needs alone yard time. We do ask that no dog be left unattended in the space unless crated.

*If you are allergic to cat dander, please know I have 2 cats and 1 dog that reside on the main floor.*

Smoking inside the space is not allowed. We are 420 friendly, with smoking restricted to outdoors only! No smoking inside of any kind. You may smoke in our covered multipurpose room! If there are any signs of indoor smoking, you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee. We also have a fire table on our patio which we are happy to help you light or provide instructions.

We live here on the top floor so some noise should be expected. We will do our best to keep this to a minimum.

Please note there’s a low point in the ceiling (6’ height) where an air duct runs in living area.
