Adorable eco friendly tiny cottage on a mini estate with private parking and washer. An amazing view of the city from your own porch, and high speed internet are perks as well as just feeling like you are close to everything, but away from the chaos. We are only a few minutes to Trader joes and other stores as well. The backyard is a forest, and the front yard is a view of Portland from your own private patio! This place is not available very often, and most people want to stay!

The space
This place is a small cottage, designed for one person with a sweet little bathroom, a shower, a very usable kitchen, and an upstairs bedroom. There is a spiral staircase going up into your bedroom, and a double bed.

Guest access
You will have access to your entire place and your own patio. You will be amazed how private this place is. You also have a parking spot specifically for you

Other things to note
We prefer to not bring pets into the unit, but will be open to cats with a pet deposit as listed in our rules. The pet deposit is 400 per pet, and we only would allow one. This deposit is separate from Airbnb as they don't cover pet damages.
