The home is set up for comfortable extended stays and feels like a real home rather than a minimally furnished rental. The main level has inviting living and dining spaces and a fully stocked kitchen designed for everyday cooking and longer stays.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms with a king, a queen, and a twin. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, both with bathtubs, and a half bath downstairs. The finished lower level (basement) is spacious, with extra room to spread out, relax, exercise, or to use for storage. You can access the backyard seating area and the neighborhood trail system through the basement.

One of the nicest features of the home is the screened back porch, which overlooks the backyard and gives you a peaceful place to sit outside while still being protected from the weather and bugs. There is also a backyard with a charcoal grill, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly accommodations.

The kitchen is fully stocked for real day-to-day living, with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets and baking tools, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, tea kettle, French press, and plenty of additional cooking supplies.

The home sits in a beautiful, established neighborhood filled with mature trees and green space. It feels peaceful and private while still being incredibly convenient to Charlottesville. The neighborhood has playgrounds and easy access to the Rivanna Trail, making it especially nice for walking, running, families, and dogs.

No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the screened porch. If smoking outside, please dispose of all smoking materials properly. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning, odor removal, or damage caused by smoking or smoking-related litter.

Please do not use the refrigerator water or ice dispenser. Filtered water and ice trays are provided.
