Air Condition/Heat is centrally provided by the building. AC will not run until mid May. We will provide you with a fan but it may get hot until the AC is on.
Recently updated bathroom and the kitchen .. Does NOT have internet access

PARKING PASS: I will give you a parking tag if you ask me for it . We require a 100.00 REFUNDABLE that you may send in advance with an app or in cash. I will return you the money when you give me the parking pass.

Kitchen, pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, plenty of storage, stove, microwave, toaster, refrig, etc.

The building has a full laundry in the lower level. You will need a cellphone to read a QR to operate washers and dryers. There is a full laundromat three blocks away in the corner of Riggs Rd. And Chillum rd.

Other things to note
The studio is quiet, with natural light, fully equipped and ideal for a single traveler or a couple. Two is the max occupancy. No pets. There is a laundry room in the basement. You will need a cellphone to pay for the laundry with a QR.
The studio is Air Conditioned, however, it is centrally provided. Like many buildings in this area, AC is turned on during the summer months. The condominium association sets dates around Summer (early May is when AC is turned on) and mid October, depending on current weather conditions. If you stay in the spring there may be some hot days in which you may use the fan I provide, but I will not be able to do anything about the AC, because it is centrally controlled for the whole building. Heating in winter is very good
