Welcome to my cozy mid-century modern luxurious abode in the historic South Park
neighbourhood. This space is beautiful! Plus you'll be centrally located to many great attractions that call Dayton home. It has 2 queen size bed and 1 full size sofabed. It can host up to 4 people. You will have access to the entire home. Free street parking. Enter from front of the house through a smart lock. Once inside, you have access to the entire house, excluding the basement.
The space
Do you enjoy spaces that are warm and welcoming in nature? If so, you are going to enjoy this cozy luxurious home! This home is centrally located to many great Dayton attractions that you'll never want to leave. At 950 square feet, it is small, but it will feel large due to the simplistic and free flowing layout.
Once you enter, you'll be welcomed into the living room. Feel free to hang your coat and take off your shoes. I know it's been an exhausting day of travel, so feel free to prop your feet up and turn on the TV.
In the master bedroom, you will find a luxurious queen size bed. It can sleep 2. Inside the very large closet (aren't those doors awesome?!) you can hang all of your clothes. Additionally, there is an attached bathroom to the master bedroom.
You will find a hair dryer and curling iron in the big bathroom.
On the other end of the house, you will find the kitchen that is fully stocked with pots and pans in order to create that dish you've been wanting to try! If your dish isn't as good as you hoped (it will be delicious), you are near many great restaurants on Brown Street. Additionally, there are some nice varieties of tea and coffee that you can make in the Nespresso coffee machine. I have put in few extra pods and if you need more please let me know.
In the big bathroom, I have installed an old school brand new claw foot tub. It really brings the old historic feel to the house.
Throughout the house, you will find all the amenities you might need - big and small. Let me know if you don't see what you need!
You might be asking "there are 4 of us. Where should we all sleep?" Good question, I'm glad you asked. All the mattresses are like clouds in that they are all memory foam mattresses. Yes, that includes the pull-out couch. Memory foam in the living room.
In all seriousness, please enjoy your stay here! It is truly a beautiful space that you'll never want to leave.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for the basement. There is free parking on the street. And inside of the premises. There is a gate on the side of the house, where you can park your car. You will enter from the front of the house through a smart lock. I’ll provide you with a code.
Once inside, you have access to the entire house, excluding the basement. Washer and dryer area will be shared.
Other things to note
There are a few security cameras outside the house (front door, front of the house, back door, and a camera at the fenced parking spot). All of these cameras are to ensure a secure premises throughout the entire property. Additionally, you can park your one car inside of the fenced parking space right inside of the house.
