Twenty-five minutes from Downtown Nashville, welcome home to recharge and relax. Located on a residential, tree-lined street, this private daylight suite is quiet, peaceful, and has all of the comforts of home. It includes a full kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, heated bathroom floors, and frosty AC in the summer heat.

The green grass and trees are a great backdrop for morning coffee or a cold cocktail from your private patio.

The space
The home features brand new flooring and lighting including color changing and halo recessed lighting in the main room.

Guest access
The suite is totally private and features a full kitchen with new appliances, full bath with heated floors, and a bedroom with in-wall fireplace, built in workspace, and ceiling fan.

Other things to note
This is a walk-out basement apartment, and our family lives upstairs. Extra soundproofing has been installed which blocks out almost all audio noise (voices / tv / music, etc) however mechanical sounds such as footsteps still do transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a toddler that loves to run around and play, and his footsteps and banging as he plays can be heard from the basement apartment.

He does have daycare three days/ week but even despite that if you need a space that is very quiet during the day hours, this might not be the proper fit for you.
