The space
There is a large private stairway leading up this 2nd floor apartment. The 2nd door doesn't lock. Please be aware that this is a 100 year old home and the floors do not have sound proofing. You may occasionally hear voices from downstairs and the people below can definitely hear your footsteps. Please be kind. We have a strict 4 guest max policy. additional guests will be charged $50 per night. Note we do have a camera on the front porch.

Washer/dryer is located in the basement. Third bedroom is a den/tv room.

Other things to note
Detroit is a city in transition that still has a very long way to go. It's got a fascinating history. If you haven't visited before there's some great youtube videos about what to expect and the good things coming to the area. If you have time, there are many great museums. Plan to visit the Ford Museum and the Detroit Institute of Art as well as several others.
