Peaceful backyard casita with parking - centrally located less than 2 miles from the University of Arizona, & about 3 miles from Downtown Tucson.

We live in the main house, but the casita will be all yours! It is located completely separate from the main house structure and has its own entrance.

Citrus Sol Casita features a king bedroom, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, a living/ dining space and a private bricked in outdoor patio with your own mature orange tree!

The space
A well air-conditioned, one bedroom, one bathroom clean and cozy space for you to call home while you enjoy all that Tucson has to offer!

We just recently bought this charming property and have been working to get the casita ready for guests! We are so excited to offer it for rental and we hope that you will love staying with us :-)

The casita has a full kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, sink, coffee pot, fridge, cooking basics etc). We have excellent wifi, and a cute little dining nook where you could work from home if you need! There's also a small living room area attached to the kitchen with a couch and Roku TV; everything you need to kick your feet up and stay a while!

Guest access
You'll have private access (with your own dedicated parking spot) to our 1 bedroom backyard casita. Free street parking is also available if needed, but not directly in front of the house.

You have your own cozy, private bricked in patio to enjoy, but the backyard is private and you do not have access to this area.

Maximum occupancy of 2 adults, but kiddos and babies are welcome.

Other things to note
We're located in Tucson's Palo Verde neighborhood. We recently moved to town from rural Tucson, and we chose this location because it is Central, so close to everything! It's also a very safe neighborhood and a sweet little community- we are excited to share it with you while you are visiting!

We're close to all the city conveniences- walking distance to Whole Foods, less than 2 miles from the U of A, and about 3 miles from Downtown Tucson.

Since Saguaro National Park has 2 entrances in the east and west outskirts of Tucson, being centrally located means neither is too far away from us (West Entrance is about 40 min away and East about 30).
