All pets must be disclosed in your booking message. $75 each pet, limit of two pets. Base nightly rate includes for 4 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night. Private rental agreement and security deposit hold on credit card (like a hotel) are required.
The space
Arrive by car and have enough space to park two cars in the driveway which has a security light if you arrive in dark. The front door has a smart lock for easy contactless check-in. Upon entry, you'll notice the spacious open concept floor plan. The living room is straight ahead with very comfortable L sofa and a 65in smart tv. The rear door leads to the back patio with fenced backyard, full size gas grill and cozy furniture. The modern kitchen is to the right of the entry and has enough space for a family of 4 to gather comfortably. The spacious dining area is open to the living room and kitchen with pass-through. The staircase leading to the upper floor is located immediately on the left of the entry. The King bedroom has a view of the backyard and is the first room to the left at the top of the staircase. The bedroom on the right has one Queen bed and street view. We provide 2 trundle/cots stowed away for extra accommodations. Trundle/cots have wheels and can be moved if needed. The laundry room upstairs has full sized washer and dryer, as well as ironing board and iron provided. Owners are available to answer questions 24/7 and happy to accommodate any reasonable request during your stay.
