Unwind and indulge in entertainment on the large LCD TV, providing a cinematic experience during your stay. When it's time to rest, our three Queen size beds promises a peaceful night's sleep, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the day.
Our well-appointed kitchen features a stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and culinary delights during your stay. For moments of relaxation and pampering, take advantage of the tub in one of the two full bathrooms, providing a soothing retreat to unwind after a day of exploration.
Throughout your stay, rest assured that our attentive staff is available to assist you promptly. Whether you need local recommendations or have any questions, we're just a call away. You can count on us to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Our space is fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our beds come with 12" mattresses, providing a restful night's sleep. We also have a Smart TV with access to Prime TV, HBOMax, YouTubeTV, and more, so you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows after a long day. For your security, we have a security system, keypad entry, and parking on the premises.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and everything else you need to prepare your meals. We also have a comfortable small workstation if you need to catch up on some work while you're here. Our bathroom amenities are convenient, and we provide washer/dryer access, so you don't have to worry about laundry during your stay.
Next Door, at our office, in the common area, we offer a Shared 5-person hot tub, large and spacious 10-person home theater with a 150" screen, theater seating that power reclines, USB charging port, swivel tray table, hidden in-arm storage, LED lighted cupholders, and LED ambient base-lighting. Plus, we periodically host and show movies in our large theater area, as well as outdoor movie nights for our community. You may also request specific dates, times, and your favorite movie, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Also, this is where an additional Shared Full Bathroom can be accessed if needed (Yellow Bathroom).
For those traveling for business, we also have an office area with computers and a color laser printer that can be requested for private meetings or use (additional fees apply).
We take the safety and cleanliness of our space seriously, and we thoroughly sanitize and clean the space between guests to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or left items during your stay, and we charge a shipping fee and a $29 handling fee for any items left behind that need to be shipped.
We kindly request that guests take care of the space as if it were their own and park in the driveway closest to the house. For extended stays (30+ days), we require a mandatory cleaning every 30 days for health and safety purposes, and we charge a remediation fee of $250 for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use.
