It is recently renovated and reflective of the city of Raleigh and the state of North Carolina. The floor plan starts with a welcoming living area with a ceiling fan and queen size pullout sofa. Enjoy playing games or relaxing to a movie as there is a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV provided.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and oven, refrigerator, dish-ware/flatware, etc. There is a beautiful island counter with comfy bar stools-the perfect perch! We have free high speed internet if you need to work on your laptop while sipping on a cup of coffee or enjoying some local takeout.

The back bedroom has 2 comfortable queen size beds, a ceiling fan, and if a pack-and-play is needed we can provide it. The bathroom has beautiful tile, a glass walk-in shower complete with shampoo and body washes, fresh towels and wash cloths, a hair dryer, and a basket of spare toiletries in case you forget anything.

There is plenty driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 complimentary 220V EV charging stations. The host lives in a separate home on the property should you need anything at all!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full guesthouse except for the garage. Entrance to the guesthouse is located underneath a side awning via a keyless entry door. There are stairs to access the apartment.
Other things to note
This is not a party house and we ask that it is quiet from 10pm-7am. We ask that all guests are disclosed. No smoking or pets please. If guests rent movies (there is an variety of free options) through the Smart TV they will be charged. Also, it is within a 1 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Target, Petsmart, Starbucks, a cute cafe and gift shop, Crumbl Cookies, Happy and Hale, Whole Foods, Panera, Chick fil a, and nail salons. Explore top attractions like the North Carolina Museum of Art, culinary scene of downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena for a concert or Carolina Hurricanes hockey game, shopping at North Hills or Crabtree Valley mall, Marla Dorrel playground, Shelley Lake, Marbles kids museum, breweries, NC State, UNC, Duke, and Pullen Park.
