🗝️Guests access the home with the August Keyless Keypad near the front door and guests will receive the entry details one day prior to their check-in.
Other things to note
🅿️ Parking in garage and driveway only. No street parking. If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it.
🗑️ Trash cans are stored inside the garage except for the night before trash day. If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it.
🚮 Both trash cans (if applicable) must be put out every week.
🚭 No smoking of any kind inside the home. Homes are equipped with recreational smoking devices that will be sent to the property manager.
🐾 No unapproved pets at any time (not even for a visit).
🎉 No parties, gatherings, or get-togethers. We ask guests not to invite third-party guests over during the stay without prior written approval.
