The space
We have been on vacation, and I listed the new apartment on Airbnb, but have yet to include a lot of details. I didn’t expect an inquiry so soon, as the listing just went live today. Here are more details:

The kitchen is fully stocked with plate ware, cutlery, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker and more. It is a newly remodeled apartment with all new furnishings - it is beautiful. In fact, Regen and I almost moved in for a few months because we are in between homes preparing to build a new home.

It has two bedrooms. A large king and a smaller queen room. Both have individual heat and a/c controls, nice mattresses, and 55” televisions.

The living room is very large with a 65” television, large sectional sofa, and a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen has new appliances and a smaller table that could be used as a breakfast nook or a work table.

All new flooring and paint throughout, new granite countertops and sink in kitchen, new vanity and toilet in the bathroom.

It is a beautiful unit in a five apartment complex. The building is well insulated and relatively soundproof. The unit has two entrances - one inside and down the stairs of the main building, and the other is it’s own private entrance. The building itself is a beautiful, historic, brick building in downtown Ogden.

The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and bars on the popular 25th Street in Ogden. In fact, you can rent a scooter and get all over town. There is also a bus stop in front of the building, and a supermarket one block away. Other restaurants and convenience stores are nearby as well, and hiking trails are also a few blocks away.

Super fast 400 mbs WIFI and electronic door locks make it the perfect space for a working vacation or streaming your favorite show on one of the three large TV’s.
