The space
The Living Room: Very welcoming and comfortable. The sectional couch offers plenty of seating to relax, lift top coffee table for snacking while enjoying some TV. There is also a work area (desk and chair) for your laptop.
The Kitchen: Nicely equipped for meal preparations: plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer.
The Bedrooms: Queen size bed in each bedroom. The sheets are 100% cotton for your comfort. Extra pillows and blankets are in the closet. Room darkening curtains to keep the sun out while you rest.
The Bathroom: Stocked with all the necessities: soap, shampoo, conditioner, clean towels. Extra towels in the hall closet. Shower head with hose.
Outside: Spacious parking area. Shaded entrances. Large covered patio in the fully fenced, private backyard.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire place with the exception of one supply closet and the storage shed.

Sun City is know for its many recreation centers and golf courses. If you will be staying 30 days or more please let us know if you would like to purchase a recreation pass from Sun City.
