The unit is located in an apartment complex occupied by mostly long-term (12-month) renters. The unit is efficiently designed with a queen sized murphy bed that pulls out over the sofa shown in the image. The unit includes a dishwasher, cooktop, washer/dryer combination, and dedicated work zone.
