We are committed to providing a clean, well appointed home for your visit to Corpus Christi.
This centrally-located home is 12 minutes to North Beach, The Lexington, The Texas State Aquarium, 10 minutes to The American Bank Center, Whataburger Field, Cole Park, and Several Area Hospitals. It's 20 minutes to Whitecap beach, 13 minutes to the Airport and 15 - 20 minutes to local refineries.
Traveling workers are welcome.

The space
This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom heated/air conditioned home. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and in the third bedroom you'll find a bunk bed with a full bed below and a twin bed on top.

This home has a full kitchen including electric stove, refrigerator, K-cup coffee maker, microwave and all of the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen towels you'll need as well as plenty of cupboard space.

The kitchen table is small but comes with a bench and 4 chairs to seat up to 6 people.

In the bathroom you will find plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and a stackable washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry supplies are under the sink.

We also provide free internet and free parking behind the home or on the street in front.

Guest access
There is a keypad on the back door to gain entry.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the Hall Closet and a utility room that is accessed from outside, both will be locked.

The neighbors have large dogs that are fenced, but they will bark if they see you in the front yard. They won't bother you in the back yard parking area.

Other things to note
We truly hope that you will enjoy your stay at Casita De Salazar. We named this home for the family that bought the house new in 1962 and owned it for 60 years before selling it to us in 2022.

We chose to use this home as a short term rental due to it's convenient location just 2 minutes to Crosstown Expressway (Hwy286) at Horne Rd. which allows fast access to everywhere in the city.
