The space
The 2022 Surveyor RV provides all the necessary features to give you a simple and unique home away from home experience. Tiny home living and Glamping are now on the rise. Experience all that our Tiny Home / Glamping RV has to offer. You’ll get the feeling of camping with all the comforts of home. Ideal for couples or close friends.
Please note that we do not transport the trailer or allow our guests to take it off site.
I have another listing on the property as well. It is a fully furnished 4 people studio with kitchenette, queen size bedroom and bathroom. Perfect if you have a large family and need another space close by.
I live on the property along with my husband so you may see us coming and going or tending to our other spaces. I am always around for any help you might need and available via phone/Airbnb app.
We do have chickens, they won't be waking you up first thing in the morning, but don't be surprised if you hear them during the day.
Guest access
Self check-in/check-out allows you to come and go when you please during your stay.
You can feel free to wander anywhere on the 1 acre property. Keep in mind that we are located in a foothill, so there is a natural slope that you might feel when walking around. You will enjoy fruit trees (seasonal) and common areas such as: fire pit, hot tub, benches, conversational area, BBQ grill, picnic table and all garden areas.
Don't forget to bring your swim suit and some sandals so you can enjoy the hot tub (sharable with other guests)

Other things to note
Being on a travel trailer, even an upscale one, has some limitations. Some spaces are compact (like the shower), some items require care, and you may not be able to use power hungry items like blow dryers, except the one that we will provide. (laptops and phone chargers are definitely ok). But it is comfortable, and we set it up with great care.
This RV is not designed for residency 100% of the time. It has independent waste tanks that are not on city hookups and that need to be drained regularly.
This was built for adventurers who's plans involve busy days away, and fun nights in the RV for dinners, showers, relaxation and a good night's sleep. It cannot be used as a "work from home" residence for any length of time without special consideration and added fees.

Keep Doors and Windows Closed: To prevent wildlife and insects from entering the accommodation, please ensure doors and windows are kept closed when not in use, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.
Proper Food Handling: Store any food in sealed containers and dispose of waste properly to avoid attracting wildlife or insects. Clean up spills promptly and avoid leaving out open food containers.
Personal Protection: We recommend using insect repellent when spending time outdoors and wearing appropriate clothing to protect yourself from insect bites during hikes or walks in the woods.
