Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located in the historic cotton exchange building, in the heart of downtown Memphis. The fully furnished apartment offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay in the city. The apartment features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. The space
This is an entire apartment in an older historic building that was recently renovated! It’s an affordable & spacious 1BR apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Downtown by Court Square Park. The cozy living space includes a full-sized kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a recently updated full bathroom. You’re waking distance to FedEx Forum, Renasant Convention Center, Tom Lee Park, Beale Street and most of Downtown’s attractions.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You will have a private and exclusive use of the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom, and the bathroom. Guests will also have access to the building's common areas such as the elevator, stairways and the parking garage (if applicable). Our guests will have their own set of keys and/or access codes, so they can come and go as they please.

Other things to note
There’s no parking on premises, but public street meters and several paid parking garage & lots just steps away (within 1-2 blocks). Check-in is fast and easy. Parking

The apartment does not have parking available, as it is a historic building without a garage. There are plenty of parking options, however!

(1) Metered Street Parking: Street parking meters run 8 am- 6pm and cost $1.50/hour (free on Sunday & holidays). If you find a spot near the building, it’s free from 6pm to 8am everyday.

(2) Premium Parking Garage:
- 21 South Second Street (next to building): $26/ day. Can pay per license plate online.

(3) Parking Lot: there is a large parking lot right across the building. It offers hourly and daily parking. The daily cost is $15/day. Central parking is located at 157 Court Avenue
