The space Welcome home! The living room boasts a comfortable couch, smart TV, vintage record player system you can plug you phone into and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Enjoy the freshly remolded bathroom, a full kitchen with a mini waffle station, and dining for 4. Natural light fills the space and blackout curtains give it the hotel feel. The bedrooms are each home to new memory foam mattresses, luxury Serta pillows, down feather comforters, and smart TV's. The primary bedroom has a full workstation and is equipped with an iron, ironing board and hanging rack for guests. Need something more for your stay? Guest access Guests will enter through stairs on the right west side of building on the side of the courtyard. Door is equipped with remote lock with code sent via email. Guests after permitted to use courtyard and covered patio, so long as there is not an event going on (we will let you know if one is scheduled in advance).
Other things to note Great local restaurants and bars are located downstairs and within a mile (walking distance) to the SoDA loft. KAO lounge is a cocktail bar next door that has great drinks and Matera Bar & Grill is a new locally owned restaurant with great food and live music fairly often. Just down the street is the Mill Wine bar that also does steak nights weekly. Also check out Cypress Street Station, The Ice House, Vagabond pizza, Grain Theory Brewery, Front Porch Coffee, and the Beehive Steakhouse. Walk over to Lone Star Dry Goods for a great local shopping experience!
