Home is newly remodeled and freshly furnished. 5 minute walk to Luna Park Cafe (best retro-style diner in West Seattle) 5 minute drive to Alki Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Walking distance to a few local bars and coffee shops as well as public transportation stops, including the Alki-Seattle water taxi.

The space
Guests will enter through the main door into the living room area and kitchen space that is the common shared space between them and the host. The living room, dinning area and kitchen are in a open space layout. From the living room, guests will have direct access to their room. From the same floor access to the laundry room and bathroom are available for guests.

The host will have an office/room on the same floor and one room/bathroom above. The bathroom downstairs (on the main floor) is primarily dedicated for the guests.

During your stay
The host works in information technology and works from home about once or twice a week.
