**Read entire listing description, there is a reason its so cheap**
The good: Great view and perfect location. Centrally located to everything you need. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to restaurants and world famous Ala Moana Mall. Close to Waikiki.
The bad: Pending remodel left to attend to family. All new appliances and some of my junk is piled in one corner. Unit is extremely old and dated. Kitchen has only fridge, air fryer, and 2 burner cooktop. No stove or oven.
The space A perfectly located but very old and dated one bedroom condo in one of the oldest buildings in the Ala Moana area.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the building management will require an acknowledgement that you have received and read the house rules. I'll need those documents signed and returned a few days before arrival.
Please note that I do not charge a cleaning fee which can be $300 in Hawaii for a 1 bedroom condo for a move out/ move in clean. The trade off for that is I expect you to leave the unit in the same condition when you check out as when you moved in. Please wash and put away the dishes. Sweep the kitchen and bathroom floors, and take the trash out. You do NOT need to worry about the linens. Please leave used towels in the bathroom and do nothing with the bed linens.
If the unit is left dirty and I have to call in a cleaner there will be a $300 charge.
Please wash your dishes each night that you cook and avoid letting trash pile up to avoid attracting roaches. This is a very old building and the unit itself has jealousy blinds and a lanai door that is usually left open to aid in ventilation so it is easy access for bugs if not kept clean.
