The space
Open the door to Wine Country Villa and discover a large kitchen, living room area, dining room table that seats 6, and a family room area with a large TV, baby grand piano, a table for games, and an electric fireplace. In the backyard, enjoy dining al fresco under the pergola while taking in the beautiful vineyard & sunset views.
The upstairs offers three spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite with King size bed, electric fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Each of the other two bedrooms has a Queen size bed and the upstairs hall bath also has double sinks.
Guest access
The primary home is completely private for guest use. There are two tenants that live on the property, one in an attached apartment and one in a detached home. You will have private use of the backyard and front patio, but you may see the tenants or their children playing on the side of the house in the side driveway area.
