Great stay for a couple of nights, excellent location with parking. A big thank you to all the staff, everyone was so helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I must say it's one of the most enjoyable stays we've experienced. First of all the staff were so friendly and polite making us feel right at home and most welcome. The room (Bootham) was spot on, very clean and comfortable, plenty of storage space and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel is in a perfect location, away from the city centre but only a few hundred yards walk to the bars/restaurants. The beer garden is very large with speakers dotted around with nice background music (could do with being slightly louder as it's hard to hear with all the chatter) The best bit of our stay was the food, we've stayed in many 5 star hotels and none have come close to the breakfast served at the exhibition. Would we stay here again?
Without a shadow of doubt!
Wouldn't stay anywhere else if visiting York.

The bathroom was almost as large as the room. The window was great, as it allowed for air flow. Breakfast was amazing and served in the conservatory. There were very sweet servers. They offered a menu to order from and it was all included with the room. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.
