It was surprising to encounter plastic handles attached to the glass entrance doors. These handles occasionally come off, making it even more awkward to access the lobby. The lobby restroom was out of service, with a tattered sign that appeared to have been there for quite awhile. I didn't see any evidence of any repairs to either problem for my entire stay of nine days. There were stains in evidence in public and rooms ( carpets and bedcovers). When I requested toilet paper I had to go to the front desk and later, when I reported a backed up toilet in my room, I was offered a plunger!
