Amazing amazing amazing. I stayed for 9 days in total while working in Welwyn, in that time Jack, Kelly, Kelly and Ed were fantastic and treated me like one of their own. I never had a bad meal, and the continental breakfast set me up for the day!

We had a very late check in which we let them know in advanced and was fine. When we arrived one of the two rooms were not cleaned, however the staff were extremely helpful and managed to sort it out quickly and moved to a different room. Very happy with the service we received. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and have had a lovely time both times. Breakfast was great too
