Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of StayForWork.com (the “Site”), operated by PageOne Lab, Inc. (“StayForWork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read the details of an individual stay before you book or send a request.

1. What StayForWork offers

StayForWork helps people traveling for work discover and compare hotels, motels, furnished homes, and other temporary accommodations. Some stays can be booked through a checkout flow. For other stays, you send a request to a host or property manager and wait for a response. Sending a request does not itself confirm a reservation.

Accommodations are provided by hotels, hosts, property managers, or other third parties (each a “Provider”). A listing may also lead to a third-party booking site. The applicable Provider is responsible for the accommodation and its property-specific rules. If you complete a reservation with a third party, its terms and privacy practices also apply.

For reservations facilitated by Expedia Group, please also review Expedia Group's applicable terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a reservation through the Site. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where prohibited by law.

You may use email or, when available, Google sign-in. Google sign-in is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy as well as these Terms.

3. Listings, prices, and availability

Listings, images, amenities, distances, rates, taxes, fees, and availability may come from Providers or other third parties. We work to present useful information, but these details may change or contain errors. A displayed price is not a guarantee that a stay can be booked at that price. Review the final price, occupancy, payment timing, check-in rules, and cancellation terms before completing a booking or agreeing with a host.

Hotel results may show both a public offer from another travel site and a StayForWork offer. Those offers can have different room types, inclusions, payment terms, or cancellation policies. Compare the full details of the offer you select.

4. Bookings and requests

For a checkout booking, the offer-specific terms shown before payment govern that booking, including applicable taxes, fees, payment timing, and cancellation rules. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation. A Provider may require identification, a payment card for incidentals, or compliance with its age and occupancy rules at check-in.

For a home or other request-based stay, the host or property manager decides whether to accept your request. Any dates, rate, deposit, house rules, and payment arrangements should be confirmed with that Provider before you rely on the stay. Do not treat a request acknowledgement as a confirmed booking.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds depend on the selected offer and Provider's policy. Check the policy attached to your booking or arrangement and contact the party identified in your confirmation for help.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site to research and arrange legitimate stays. You may not use it to commit fraud, submit false information, interfere with other users, scrape or overload the Site, bypass security measures, or copy listing content for commercial use without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, or Providers.

6. Third-party services and content

The Site may link to third-party services, including booking sites, maps, social networks, payment processors, and Providers' websites. We do not control their content or policies. Where a third party fulfills an offer, that party's terms and policies apply to its service.

7. Availability of the Site and liability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every listing or offer will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, StayForWork is not responsible for a Provider's acts or omissions, including changes to rates, cancellations, property conditions, or failure to honor a request. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy and changes to these Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. If a change is material, we will provide any additional notice required by law. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms or a StayForWork booking can be sent to support@stayforwork.com. For a third-party booking or a request-based stay, your confirmation or conversation with the Provider may identify the most direct support contact.
